Your
Questions About Car Buying Answered
Many people have questions about buying cars. There are so many
different kinds of cars and so many people selling cars, it's hard to
know where to look for answers. At Low Book Sales, we have the answers
to all of your automobile purchasing questions.
Buy
With Confidence
One question many
people have about buying cars is "Is it safe to buy a used car?" The
answer is that it is completely safe to buy a used car at any
Low Book
Sales location.
Buying used anywhere else is a gamble, and it could be a very costly
gamble. Most dealers and private individuals who sell used cars make
loud disclaimers that "All sales are final!" and "As Is Purchase!" and
"We make no guarantees as to the mechanical condition of this vehicle."
No one can feel safe buying a car with those kinds of limitations on it!
At Low Book Sales, however, you can safely buy a used car with complete
confidence because of our 45 Day Limited Warranty and our 7 Day
Exchange Policy.
Each vehicle on all of our lots is given a thorough mechanical
inspection before it is allowed on our lot or in our showroom. We make
any upgrades or minor repairs necessary, and if a vehicle doesn't meet
our standards, it doesn't make it onto our lot.
Because of our careful inspection program, we have great confidence
about every car we offer for sale, but we want our customers to share
that same confidence. That's why we offer a 45 Day Limited Warranty to
each customer, Free of charge. This allows you to buy a car with
confidence without worrying that it may break down or be a lemon.

Adding to your confidence in purchasing a car is our 7 Day Exchange
Program. Sometimes a car buyer experiences "buyer's remorse," and
wishes they'd chosen the sedan instead of the pickup truck. Sometimes
customers try a new type of vehicle, only to decide it doesn't really
fit into their lifestyle.
At any other dealer, buyers have no options when they decide they've
chosen the wrong vehicle – they're simply stuck. But at Low
Book Sales, they are able to bring the vehicle back in and exchange it
for a car that better serves their needs.
Every buyer can purchase with confidence at Low Book Sales:
Low
Stress Car Purchasing Experience
Other questions many
car buyers have is "Why does buying a car have to be so stressful?" and
"Why is there so much pressure at a car dealer?" At Low Book
Sales, we have the answer to that questions – It doesn't have
to be stressful to buy a car!
One of the things that makes car buying stressful for many people is
not know what car they should consider. They may not know what types of
cars are available and what cars will fit their needs for commuting,
car pool, or family travel.
That's where the Low Book Sales Strategic Shopping Program comes in.
Your Sales professional at Low Book Sales understands that each person
has a different lifestyle, and therefore has different needs for their
vehicle.
With our focus on creating a great customer experience, we gather
information from each customer about their needs for the vehicle, their
personal preferences, and their budget for a car. Then we use this
information to create a strategic list of all the vehicles at Low Book
Sales that will fit into the lifestyle of that specific customer,
including the price range they can afford, allowing them to focus their
shopping time on vehicles that will work for them.
No
Pressure, Lots of Help
A question we heard
often as we developed our philosophy at Low Book Sales was "Car Sales
is so high pressure: why can't I find a car buying experience that is
low pressure and focused on my needs?"
At Low Book Sales, that is the car purchasing experience that you will
have! One of the primary reasons there is such high pressure at most
dealers is the way they price their vehicles and negotiate with the
customer. Their goal is simply to get the customer to pay the highest
price possible, so their focus is not on creating a positive experience
for the customer, but on wrestling as much money from the customer as
possible.
At Low Book Sales, our approach is completely different. We
post the lowest price we can on the windshield of each car for sale on
our lots, and every customer pays that same price. You don't need to
worry that you'll pay more because you don't like to negotiate
– the price is the price, and everyone pays the same
amount. Since we don't need to negotiate on price, most of
the pressure is eliminated from the car buying process.
Low Book Sales
also offers a Kids Lot where kids can play while parents
shop, and we also give you five days to shop your interest rate around
to other lenders. This will give you the confidence that you have the
best possible rate.
